Become a leader in instruction, design, and development. Our Master of Education in Instruction and Learning is designed to empower educational leaders who promote instruction in safe and productive learning environments in as few as 20 months. The Conflict Resolution track is designed to prepare educators in the use of conflict resolution in their field, while the Learning with Emerging Technologies track is focused on professional development and the design of instruction using technology.

The M.Ed. in Instruction and Learning is available only for cohort enrollment with independent school districts; it is not available for individual enrollment.

To be considered for admission, students must:

  • Complete the online program application accompanied by a non-refundable processing fee.
  • Submit official transcripts showing earned bachelor's from a regionally accredited college or university or the equivalent.
  • Submit a current resume.
  • Submit a written purpose statement including philosophy of education.
  • Have access to an accredited K-12 environment.
