DESIGNED FOR BUSY WORKING ADULTS
By submitting this form, I agree to receive calls, emails, and/or text messages from Abilene Christian University (ACU) to discuss furthering my education.
A Christ-centered education that comes to you.
At ACU, our nationally recognized online degree programs are designed for busy working adults just like you. Our programs are intentionally structured to allow you to balance work, life and other commitments. As a student of ACU Online, you are part of a vibrant, virtual, Christ-centered community.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
ACU’s online BSN to DNP program is a post-bachelor's pathway designed for students who wish to move quickly to a Doctor of Nursing Practice program. This fast track eliminates the need to complete a Master of Science in Nursing degree before pursuing a DNP while saving time and money.
ACU’s BSN to DNP program gives you the opportunity to pursue an advanced degree through a 100% online, CCNE-accredited program. BSN-prepared nurses can graduate with a DNP in approximately 3 years with a solid foundation in nursing practice and theory. During the pathway program, you will be able to obtain clinical hours. Following successful completion of pathway courses, you can transition directly into the DNP program with no additional application.
A family-like atmosphere, even in an online class setting, is what attracted Doctor of Nursing Practice Inaugural Program Director Dr. Tonya Sawyer-McGee to her position. It’s also why she believes students continue to choose ACU to prepare to become effective nurse practitioners. Learn why ACU’s online DNP program is different from other nursing programs.
