To approach health holistically, one must understand the many aspects that make up a human being. With ACU’s online Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance program, you’ll study the psychological, structural, physiological and mechanical aspects of health and human movement activities. This degree serves as preparation for an entry-level career in health, wellness, or sports as well as a foundation for graduate school.
ACT or SAT test scores are not required.

ACU’s online undergraduate programs are intended for non-traditional students interested in gaining a bachelor’s degree in an online modality.
To be considered for admission, students must:
120 total credit hours
Be out of high school for at least four years.
Complete an “Adult Online Undergraduate Program” application accompanied by a non-refundable processing fee.
Submit official transcripts of all previous academic work.
University Requirements: 56 credit hours
Major requirements: 64 credit hours (up to 17 credit hours in Electives)
