ABOUT THE PROGRAM

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment in computer and information technology occupations will increase 11% from 2019 to 2029, much faster than the average for all occupations. Career opportunities will grow in the areas of cloud computing, data management and information security. With ACU’s online B.S. in Information Technology Administration, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills you need to turn that demand into career success.

The B.S. in Information Technology Administration will prepare you to develop software applications and maintain technology infrastructures (e.g., networks, databases, security) in a variety of settings or disciplines. You may take specialized courses in application development or information assurance to prepare for flexibility in choosing the career path that’s right for you.

ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for admission, students must:

• Submit official high school and/or college transcripts.
• Complete the online program application accompanied by a non-refundable processing fee.

Students are not required to submit ACT or SAT test scores.

Graduation Requirements: Students must earn a 2.0 GPA or higher to meet graduation requirements and complete at least 33 advanced hours.

We support our military students through specialized tuition assistance programs for ACU's online degrees. Our active-duty and veteran military tuition discounts include:

• Active-Duty Undergraduate Students $250 per Semester Hour
• Active-Duty Graduate Student $495 per Semester Hour
• Veterans 10% Tuition Discount
